Soma Initiative congratulates Ms Elnette Botha who won the title of Ms Deaf Africa 2012 in Cape Town on Saturday 19 May 2012 and will be competing in the Miss Deaf World 2012 pageant in Prague, Czech republic in July 2012. Elnette, who holds the position of Disability Assessor at Soma Initiative’s Head Office in Cape Town, suffers from profound hearing loss.
